  6. Users of "Math Sampler" and "Beat the Bomb Shareware" must accept 
  7. this disclaimer of warranty: "'Math Sampler' and 'Beat the Bomb 
  8. Shareware' are supplied as is. The author disclaims all 
  9. warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, 
  10. the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. 
  11. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or 
  12. consequential, which may result from the use of 'Math Sampler' 
  13. or 'Beat the Bomb Shareware'."

  15. "Math Sampler" is a sample of six of the twenty games available 
  16. in "Math Explorer". "Beat the Bomb Shareware" is a timed, 
  17. animated addition game from "Beat the Bomb Enhanced." These 
  18. sample programs are provided for evaluation at no charge to the 
  19. user except for possibly a minimal distribution charge. Feel free 
  20. to share it with your friends or upload it to a BBS, but please 
  21. do not give it away altered or as part of another system. The 
  22. essence of "try-before-you-buy" software ("shareware") is to 
  23. provide personal computer users with quality software without 
  24. high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to 
  25. continue to develop new products. "Math Sampler" and "Beat the 
  26. Bomb Shareware" are FREE SAMPLES, however they are NOT "public 
  27. domain" software. All files must be kept intact and unmodified. 
  28. NOT ALL SHAREWARE PROGRAMS ARE FREE. If you find this program 
  29. useful we hope you will order the "Math Explorer" series or the 
  30. enhanced version of "Beat the Bomb." See the file ORDER.FRM for 
  31. information.

  34. for any kind of remuneration must read the file VENDOR.DOC and 
  35. abide by the instructions therin. Only First Magnitude and 
  36. authorized agents may distribute the "Math Explorer" and the 
  37. enhanced version of "Beat the Bomb" software.

  40. be copied except as stated above. However, you are encouraged to 
  41. pass a copy of "Math Sampler" and/or "Beat the Bomb Shareware" 
  42. along to your friends for evaluation. Please encourage them to 
  43. register shareware if they use it.
